POPPY FIELDS IS AN ALL-AGES MUSIC FESTIVAL; HOWEVER BAR AREAS ARE 18+ ONLY
FESTIVAL DATE AND TIMES
12noon-9.30pm
SATURDAY, AUG 17

\\VIP

Our VIP area provides the perfect hospitality and relaxation opportunity for our invited guests and sponsors and you could be part of it! For a chance to 'win' two VIP tickets simply visit our various social media platforms for more information. We will also be giving away, to one lucky raffle ticket holder, a VIP upgrade for two adult tickets during the festival itself.

\\STAGE TIMES

Our stage times are approximate, pending change over and setup time for each performance.

\\TRAVEL OPTIONS - Can I organise a group booking?

Yes, whilst local transport is an option we recommend travel with an official coach or mini bus group booking.

Please contact your organiser for more details.

\\FOOD & DRINK - Can I bring my own?

No, food or drink cannot be brought into the festival. Security will search and check bags every time you enter through the festival entrance. Whilst you are free to leave and re-enter during the day, anyone suspected of using a ‘personal bar’ and continually re-entering the festival after replenishing themselves with alcohol, will be refused entry as we will deem you to have been ‘preloading’.

We are endeavouring to provide a varied range of food within our festival, including burgers, hot dogs and Indian cuisine to name but a few. Hopefully we will have catered for most tastes!

If you have special dietary requirements, allergies or food intolerances that you are willing to prove, bring your documentation (such as a doctors or consultants letter) with you when you enter the festival for the first time, as you may be allowed through with your own food (within reason - no banquets please!). Please be aware that, as usual, other festival goers will not be allowed to bring food and so we would very much appreciate your discretion whilst consuming.

\\TICKETING

Ticket restrictions and terms apply. Purchasing of ticket(s) is a clear indication of your acceptance of the conditions outlined on our web pages. Please keep your 'printed' ticket details safe and with you at all times.

Online Pricing:  Adult: £15, Under 16's £5,  Under 5's: Free

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY & PURCHASE

Tickets will remain on sale whilst availability remains. Tickets can be purchased at the entrance on the day and also ONLINE or via our official outlets - Ibstock Town Cricket Club, Ibstock and Kats Antiques, Coalville.

Online Tickets will be sent to your email address. See our Further Terms and Conditions

\\HELP - I DIDN'T GET MY TICKET EMAIL!

If you haven’t received your eTicket email after 1 hour of successfully booking then it could be one of the following problems:

  • the email has gone into your spam/junk folder

  • you gave us an incorrect email address

  • your business email IT system is blocking the emails

  • your email account is full

  • you accidentally deleted it or it’s buried under lots of emails

After you’ve considered the above points then you will need to request a resend of your ticket email. Simply contact us using the message facility on our Home page, stating as many accurate details as possible as we will use these to find your booking.

We hope to resend emails within 48 hours of a request. If you’ve left it as late as the festival day, please see below.

\\IT'S FESTIVAL DAY AND I'VE FORGOT MY TICKET

If it’s the festival day and you don’t have your ticket(s) upon arrival, then a ‘last ditch’ lifeline is available at the festival entrance. We may be able to check you in manually without your ticket, but only if we can find your booking on the system. Please don’t be surprised if we ask you security questions, such as the last 4 digits of the card you paid with, so that we know we have the correct booking and you are who you say you are. Everyone who you are holding tickets for should be present if you do this.

\\WRISTBANDS

All Adults will be issued with a wristband upon entry. ID and age verification may be requested.
