In line with the new General Data Protection Regulation legislation, we wish to clearly detail what we do with the information you provide and that generated by our ticket system. By contacting ourselves or providing personal information via our web pages, social media platforms or otherwise, you agree and accept our terms and conditions together with this Data Protection Policy.

a) We will collect your personal details for the provision of providing you with the ticket service and any vital event communications prior and up to 31 days after the event. After such time, all personal data held by Poppy Fields Music Festival  will be securely deleted.

b) We will hold all details generated by our online ticket system for security and ticket verification ID purposes only.

This includes supplied vehicle information when purchasing parking for this event.

c) All payment transactions are securely processed with end to end encryption. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only and securely deleted from our database as stated.

d) Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our event tickets, manage event security and perform ID verification checks upon entry.  Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. 

e) All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Poppy Fields Music Festival adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our ticket service and its provider.

f) We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
